Job Summary

The Stores Clerks report to the Stores Manager and are responsible for the day to day issuing of parts, tools and other supplies to the employees performing maintenance on company and outside operator’s aircraft

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Issuing parts and supplies to maintenance staff as required.

2. Receiving parts and supplies ordered from vendors.

3. Maintaining accurate inventory monitoring via the CMP (RAAS).

4. Preparing parts, components, and supplies for shipping to company bases or repair facilities

. 5. Completing any necessary paperwork for the shipment of “Dangerous Goods”

. 6. Communicating with Cargo Department for coordination of internal shipping requirements.

7. Participating in annual inventory count at any base as required

. 8. Completing any required training prior to the due dates

Skills and Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively; both verbally and in writing

• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Basic mathematical skills

• Valid driver’s license

• Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently

• Attention to detail in all areas of work

• Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills

• Ability to communicate in Oji-Cree or Ojibway is an asset
